John P. D’Arco, Esq., CPA, EA, brings more than 30 years of tax experience and a distinctive combination of legal, accounting, and tax representation credentials to every client engagement. A graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law, John is licensed through the Arizona Board of Accountancy, California Board of Accountancy, State Bar of Arizona, Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission (ARDC), and The District of Columbia Bar. As an IRS Enrolled Agent, he is also federally authorized to practice before the IRS and represent taxpayers in all 50 states on U.S. tax matters. In addition to his professional practice, John is active in the business community and is a member of BNI, where he represents the Certified Public Accountant category in the BNI Inspiration Network chapter. His combination of advanced education, multi-state professional licensing, federal tax representation authority, and active business involvement gives clients access to guidance informed by legal, accounting, and real-world business experience.
